Nathan Wilkinson
Nathan is a multi-award-winning debt recovery and credit management specialist. He was named the National Winner of the prestigious Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM) Young Credit Professional of the Year Award in 2017 – the biggest award of its kind in Australia.
Nathan’s career comprises senior and managerial roles in finance, business operations and process analysis. He is a member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM), the Association of Accounting Technicians and the Young Investors Club.
Nathan is a Commissioner for Declarations, a scholarship winner, a former Queensland Council Member of the Australian Institute of Credit Management (AICM), and has qualifications in both Accounting and Credit Management.
Mark Harley
Mark Harley helps businesses protect their commercial interests by advising on and enforcing their legal rights — through both preventive measures and, if necessary, litigation. Mark has practised in commercial law, commercial litigation and insolvency law for more than 10 years. He established Boss Lawyers in 2014.
With degrees in law and information technology, as well as being a director of several companies, Mark speaks the language of business owners and has a first hand understanding of the issues facing his clients.
Mark has represented clients in a wide range of litigation matters and has considerable experience in asset structuring, corporate and commercial matters.
